A Strategy of Communication
The ability to communicate in a professional manner is crucial to private companies as well as to public bodies. It is decisive to have a general strategy for making all communications, internal and external, flow with ease.
A firm is like a large ship navigating the seas. The management must communicate internally the course that has been set. At sea, all employees of a firm are extremely dependent upon each other. The captain and his crew have their private table. However, their presence must be evident. Employees must be heard, and useful ideas must be implemented. The occupational pride of employees must be strengthened and supported. Externally, there must be no doubt about the cargo of the ship.
A ship will not travel very far without good onboard communication.
All communication must be adjusted to suit the target group, but the purpose of communicating is even more important. Communication requires planning.
The building blocks of communication are texts and images.
During an introductory meeting, we will narrow down precisely what it is you need to communicate. We will collaborate on defining your target group. When this is done, we will work out how we can reach it using words and photos.
Whether you call it public relations, marketing, image care, branding, external or internal communication or change communication is of little significance to us.
We know how to use words and images effectively.
