Karina’s passion for nature lead her to begin studying biology at the University of Aarhus in 1998. Specialising in Microbiology, she graduated in 2005.
Karina Aarup Mikkelsen has always had a talent for drawing. In her early childhood, she was able to capture the finest details of nature and transform them into drawings. It was, consequently, a logical step for her to take a supplementary education in DTP after she had graduated.
Today, Karina manages many tasks relating to graphics. She handles assignments from our customers, and she is also responsible for our own graphic productions.
Together, Karina and Casper have circumnavigated the globe many times over looking for quality images and exciting stories. These travels have given Karina a significant insight into the processes involved in working with both photography and journalism.
