85mm f/1.4D

The 85mm f/1.4D AF Nikkor has been called the world's best lens for portraits. If this statement is true or not is not something we can verify. However, one thing is certain, we have produced innumerable portraits using this lens. The lens allows you to work with extremely small f-numbers making it possible for you to work with almost any natural light. In our experience this lens delivers the best sharpness at f-numbers of 2.0 or higher.
